Overview
Our VP100/UFA Automatic balancing machine is from our comprehensive vertical range. With a capacity of up to 100 kg it is a vertical axis balancing machine equipped with a vertical axis drilling unit moving on two sliding guides and controlled axes. The drilling unit spindle feed is automatically operated and the unbalance removal is obtained by drilling one or more holes with depth and angular positioning displayed by the measuring instrument.
Applications
For use in balancing flywheels, dampers, transmission components, pump rotors, electric fan motors, brake discs, brake drums, clutches, gearbox components, differential cases, electric motor components and pulleys.
