After joining us after leaving school, Keith has developed into a highly skilled and competent technician and is a vital asset to our service team.

As part of the team he installs, commissions, repairs and services a wide range of dynamic balancing machines ranging from standard measuring machines up to fully automatic systems integrated into production lines.

He attended North Trafford College where he completed a BTEC Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering. He then continued with an HNC Level 4 in General Engineering.

On completion of his apprenticeship, Keith has followed a comprehensive training and continual professional development plan, including an 18-month placement at the training academy at CEMB S.p.A (Italy), Siemens TIA portal and NUM drives, maintenance, and programming courses.

Keith supports the company’s ethos: to provide the best possible service to its customers 24/7, 365 days a year.

Keith comments: “The training and support I have received since joining the company has been excellent and I’ve really developed my skills as a service engineer. The job satisfaction that you get from resolving customer problems whilst combining all your skills, both mechanical and electrical, is immense. There are lots of different aspects to my role, which I thoroughly enjoy, and every day is different and presents different challenges. I hope that the investment in my development is now being repaid to the company.”
